We are now offering our beef by the pound at $10.00 per pound! Simply place your $800 deposit today, and one week before pickup we will send you an invoice for the final amount due. This will ensure you pay the lowest amount. Cost is based on hang weight. 

Deposits cover butcher fees and are not applied towards the $10/lb.

Deposit: $800

Whole Beef Hang weight : 600 Lbs.

Due before pickup: $6,000

Grand Total: $ 6,800
